Project #1-Memelhakha
This project was awarded by Royal Office for Media to carry out volumetric analysis of waste dumping area, Memelhakha. Total area 21 acres, covered in a day with 7 GCPs. Successfully attended accuracy of 3.4cm, 3D model, Digital Elevation Model (DEM) and 1m interval contour along with forecast of time frame for remaining landfill.
Projects #2-Samtengang
This project was awarded by National Land Commission Secretariat in order to train the upcoming surveyors in Drone survey and mapping. Total area of 8 acres was was mapped using drone and accuracy level of 1.9cm. Successfully generated 3D model, dense cloud, orthophoto, DEM and 1m interval contour with proper ground classification.
Projects #3-Traffic Monitoring
This project was awarded by Royal Office for Media in order to monitor the traffic congestion in various junctions during the peak hours of the day. Total 3 areas were covered at 165ft altitude for the traffic data analysis. And also traffic was spotted at 1640ft altitude. Traffic data was collected and analyzed as per the project output.
Project #4- BETA Park
This project was awarded by Thimphu Municipal Office (Thimphu Thromde) to carry out a demonstration project. Total area of 10.8 acres, covered in a day with 4 GCPs. Successfully attended accuracy of 5.3cm, 3D model, orthophoto, Digital Elevation Model (DEM) and 1m interval contour.
Project #5-Photography
This project was awarded by Royal Office for Media to carry out some beautiful scenic photo shots of the capital city. Successfully collected various aerial images of the beautiful Thimphu City.
